Manga Studio EX v4.0.5

It does not update or work with any other application.Changes & Improvements in 4.0.5: 4.0.5 fixes a bug in the Beginner’s Assistant and also includes fixes and enhancements introduced in 4.0.3/4.0.4 (full support of Intuos4, a clockwise page rotate option added to the default page tool bar at the top, as well as various other fixes and improvements).
